Best BM Madrid Disabled Floor Pan features a dual flush system, it uses 4.5L for full flush and 3.1L for half flush, averaging 3.4L per flush.
It is Watermark Certified under AS 1172.1 & AS 1172.2 standards and carries a 4-star WELS rating with WELS Registration Number L05775.
Its rimless design eliminates traditional flush rims, making it easier to clean and more hygienic.
The surface is treated with Nano Glaze Technology, enhancing stain resistance and cleanliness.
Equipped with a heavy-duty removable seat cover, the Madrid pan is suitable for disabled access with compatible S-trap adjustment between 75 and 270 mm and a standard 180 mm P-trap.
