Best BM Rimless Floor Pan features a dual flush system with a 4.5L full flush and 3L half flush, averaging 3.4L per flush, clearly labeled to ensure water-conscious use.
This rimless floor pan is Watermark Certified (AS 1172.1 & AS 1172.2) and holds a 4-star WELS rating (WELS Registration Number: L05043).
The rimless flush design eliminates traditional rims to provide superior hygiene and ease of cleaning.
It comes with a UF (ultra-fine) soft-close seat for added user comfort and durability.
This pan is compatible with Geberit and R&T concealed cistern systems, offering installation flexibility.
The S-trap offset is adjustable from 70 to 120 mm and further extended to 160 to 185 mm with an AD17 pipe, supporting common plumbing setups.

Maintenance & Care Instructions: Toilet seat cover can be removed for cleaning by pressing quick release buttons and lifting up.
Clean with a toilet brush or soft cloth / sponge using warm water and mild soap or detergent.
Do not use any abrasive cleaners, liquids or pastes.
Do not use solvents or corrosive liquids.
Please do not close the seat cover forcibly (to extend the soft-close function lifespan).
